My I phone is an unlocked 5 on t mobile it has started to get multicolored lines across screen and shuts down then starts right back up the battery also show no charing percent increase till you turn it off for a while. Oh how I long for my HTC evo back and will welcome google back with open arms. A customer who is not at all impress with these over priced little gadgets....

Apple might help if it's a hardware problem not caused by damage or liquids.
If you have applecare it would be a no brainer.
Other than that everything breaks down and if you somehow think HTC is immune to failure...
