How much could you get for a 13" MBPr 2.4/8/256 on eBay after the 2014 model is out?

I know no one knows an exact price but generally speaking, if I bought a MBPr 13" 2.4/8/256 refurbished from the Apple store for $1269 + tax for a total of $1351, how much could I sell it on eBay for once the new 2014 model comes out?

About how much money would I lose after eBay and paypal fees?

I was thinking about buying one for my mom then just selling it and getting the new one when it comes out. She could really use a new computer ASAP.

I recently bought one for my cousin as a gift and I have the 13" 2.6/8/256. We love :apple:!

Almost impossible to predict. It depends on many factors. What will the price point for the 2014 be? How many others will be selling the same model you are trying to sell? How much are they charging? Will you find the right buyer? No doubt you will get a good price since resale on Macs is second to none, but it's hard to say just how much it will be.

Ah darn ok. Yeah I didn't end up getting one for her. I don't want to lose like 400 bucks on the deal. I'd do it if I only like 200 or less. Even then that's a new iPhone! (under 2 year contract).
