Hey I did a search and didn't see anything related.
I restored back to 7.1.1 and set up as a new phone. I received a voicemail this morning (was in a low signal area so didn't actually receive the call) and I got the VM password prompt as usual but when I went to listen to the voicemail the play button is grayed out. All other visual voicemails are showing the same behavior.
So I have all of my old voicemails that I can't get to and this new one that remains unplayed (resulting in a notification badge on my phone icon).
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
