I don't know if this is the correct place but can any one shed some light as to what is happening here?

It's on the right hand bottom side do the tv like a black half circle, dead pixels? But there is some bleeding around it

Apple TV I think it is blown pixels or something

Do you get the same thing with all video sources (Blu-Ray, Cable or Satellite)?

Does switching to a different (HDMI?) port on the TV make a difference?

Have you tried using a different (HDMI) cable?

Even without any video it's got the white leds
