Carrier AT&T Upgrade eligibility

In my house
Just got off the phone with rep and she stated that AT&T will make you upgrade eligible on the 1st of whatever month you are due for upgrade. She read the memo that was sent about 10 days ago. So that may ease a few minds or prevent calls to them.
