I have a school gmail account that I've had in Mail since Lion. It works fine on iOS and I've never had any of the gmail issues with Mavericks as I only use it very basically.
A few weeks ago I went to send a message and it asked me for my password over and over again. I went into advanced settings and the outgoing server says Gmail (offline). I go advanced and the server is the same name as on my iPhone but it says (offline).
I deleted and enabled the account 3 times and even did a clean Mavericks install. Nothing.
I still receive mail like normal, I just can't send it. Any ideas?
