has anyone can help me that i have a question about my rmbp 13'' late2013

I have bought it 19 days ago but i have a question is that normal to have an changeable battery capacity? I am looking now to the system preferences in the power section line it has showing me that the capacity is 6424 mah but when the battery percentage change (like %50 to %40) it has showing the capacity 6390 mah does it a problem or am i thinking wrong?
 
yeah it will fluctuate with every few % drop, its no big deal unless you start to notice actual batter time loss.
 
i agree with you its always changing but always upper than %100 of the capacity now thanks god its not a problem cause i made a one change cause of the cycle of the battery it has come to me within 5 cycle i returned it than they send me a new one when i see this situation on the rmbp i want to ask my responsible friends here :D
