I bought an item from OS-Store for my macbook pro 2011 last week and i used paypal to pay for it however its been sitting on processing for 5 days now and it says usually ships within 24 hours i also contacted them 3 days ago asking when they will ship my item and they still haven't replied should i file a dispute on them or does processing mean they shipped it because it says well email you when the item is shipped and they still haven't emailed me
