Please help. Critical Mac Lab problem

I am really at my wits end with this and have been searching for a solution to no avail.

We have a lab of 20 iMacs with a local administrator account. We install all the software that students will use, launch each application and enter serial numbers and information. Then we bind the machines to Active Directory.

Students come in and can log in with no problem whatsoever but when they launch an application for the first time, it prompts them for the serial number. Since we cannot give this information to students, we have to manually enter it on the computer and waste class time. If the student does not get the same computer during the next class, we have to repeat the process and manually enter the serial numbers again.

I can't find any information online about this issue and how to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can try?

I should note that these machines are bound to Active Directory and kids use their school credentials to log in. If we set up a local student generic account, they are not prompted for serial numbers.

Some examples:

Microsoft Office forces them to go through the Enter your name and organization and choose how updates are handled. This doesn't happen on local generic accounts.

Adobe CS6-- which we have serialized the machine for using their own method-- still is pushing them to a trial version and requiring a web sign in to activate the software.

Geometer Sketchpad, a math program used daily does not have an installer, you drag and drop it into the Applications folder and on first launch it asks for the serial number. We entered that information in when we set up the machine and once kids begin logging in, it presents them with the same You must register... prompt for the serial number.

For that particular program there was a terminal command one could use to silently register the software. I even tried doing that and it successfully registered, but when a student logs in, the serial number prompt appears. In the network logged in student's /Library/Application Support folder, there is a Geometer Sketchpad plist registration file in there which was created when I used the terminal command to register the program, but when launched, we are right back to Enter the serial number.

You can imagine the scenario when a class of 25 launches the program and we are running with flash drives and manually entering these keys for every class that comes through and again, when kids move to a different computer.
