MBP Screen and Dell U2412M Color Differences

I have a Late 2013 MBP Retina and have a Dell U2412M connected via mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort.

The color differences between the Mac screen and the Dell are very obvious.

I've played around with the presets on the Dell and also used different color profiles and the calibration tool in OSX but the whites on the Dell are quite yellow no matter what I do.

Has anyone got any idea how I can make the two screens match up?
 
Yep, calibrating your screens with a hardware tool.

I use Spyder4Elite and the "StudioMatch" function which is exactly for this need.
