Hello, I recently upgraded from an iPhone 3G running OS 3.0 to a iPhone 5s running iOS 7. I wanted to restore my text messages from one phone to the other.
I managed to pull off the SMS.db file from the old phone, but when I drop it onto the new phone, it gets renamed to SMS.invalid.v10.sqllite3.db. I assume this is because the schema changed between 3.0 and iOS 7.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to convert or retrofit the SMS.db Files so they're compatible?
