Start Animation lags rMBP Late 2013

I have rMBP :apple:

Late in 2013, 8/256 / and when the computer starts, after which the animation shows a desk, lags. Can it be repaired? Adds video. Please help if someone deal with it.

It's normal.

My iMac doesn't do that. It use to on shutdown, but after a reinstall and no more flash / air, the issue is non existent.
