I recently opened my laptop to clean it out and then i broke the connector if i take to apple will they solder it back on? I already schedules the appointment for something else and then this happened:mad::mad:

It's possible that more than just the connector was pulled off of the logic board. It's surprisingly easy to lift pads on small SMT parts.

It is worth a try, you might get lucky. The reps are nice sometime and in some cases will go beyond to do what they can for free.

If not, look for a local shop that specializes in Apple products. The cost shouldn't be more than $50 to do a basic repair.

What connector is it?
 
Itsonly the fan connector and I'm almost 100% sure that's the only one I touched!
