Where to buy tools and parts for an iPhone 4 CDMA logic board?

Hey, I have never done this before but where could I buy all the tools and parts to do a logic board replacement on a Verizon iPhone 4 CDMA 32GB? And could someone please provide a link to a YouTube video that goes from removing the old logic board to installing a new logic board and putting everything back together?
 
I have the same problem, did u find anything ? On youtube just search for apple iphone 4 teardown
