Windows 8 Scaling issue ? - Late 2013 Mac Pro

Hi guys,
I've got a L2013 MP and i've bootcamped windows 8.1. For whatever reason, the screen doesn't fit as it should normally, theres black panels on the sides and top and bottom. It's in the normal resolution (1080p) and my projector doesn't show that it's scaling it.

IS there something i'm missing?
