Hey,
since yesterday, I got a problem with my 24" ACD. In the lower right corner it displays a black-greyish smudge, which is really disturbing.
I am not sure whether this is a burn-in, debris behind the display or my backlight dying.
I have found one more thread on macrumors, where a user seems to be experiencing a similar issue, however, he just got it replaced within warranty, which is not an option for me: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1079993/
I have attached a couple pictures displaying the problem.
Is there anything I can do? Is it financially feasible to replace the display or is it better to simply buy a new one if the problem persists?
