Anyway I draw this because I hope you understand what I mean so will it work this way with wifi hard drive to Airport Extreme station base? They can share with wifi hard drive to watch iTunes movies?

Apple TVs are only able to stream off a computer running iTunes. The files can be stored on the USB drive attached to the Extreme provided a computer will run iTunes to share them to the Apple TV.

thank you guys. That means my friends can access to wifi hard drive for file sharing?

I think I will move iTunes media folder to Windows desktop PC so that Apple TV can stream movies stored on Windows desktop with iTunes?

Thank you I hope my grammars is clear to you if not, I will draw it again later.

Yes. If you have the media in iTunes on your PC and iTunes is properly configured for Home Sharing you can stream your media to the Apple TV! You can set up your hard drive for your friends to use if you want.

Great! I know my Windows desktop PC has a bigger hard drives (1.5TB) so I can move iTunes media folder over there. My rMBP has only 256GB SSD is too small for huge movie collection.

I wish iTunes can create individual folders for movie, home video, personal, and etc. It has only two folders each. :apple:

They can, but it will be slow, somewhere around 20MB/s on the LAN using gigabit ethernet - see this: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1747622/

I see I was thinking about wifi hard drive for file sharing using wifi access not wifi from AEBS but wifi HDD still connect to AEBS. Will it work? Or I have to separate them? :apple:

Are you talking about connecting a USB hard drive to the Extreme?

Can you post an example of what "wifi hard drive" you are talking about?

You can plug any USB hard drive into the Airport Extreme and share it over the network (by both wifi and ethernet). You don't need a "wifi hard drive" for this.
