No Admin acct on 10.9

So my system started acting up, and I did the internet recovery>reinstall (without formatting). Which fixed the stability issues. But now, every time I try to do something that requires authentication, it asks me for both the admin name and the password. None of the usual suspect admin names match though, not even root. What's really strange though, is that I don't have an Admin acct at all:

I don't even know what I'm asking here...

If there's no admin account, then you can't change one (because you need an admin user to authenticate)
You'll need to activate the root user, which I think you can do from the "reset password" while booted from the Recovery system.
