Has anyone been trying out iOS 8 with Exchange? I need to write a detailed bug report for Apple, and I'm actually not sure of all the information I need to include. I have read in some of Apple's press about iOS 8 that it has "improved" the interaction . . . but . . .
I have had help from the Exchange people at work, and we've tried every combination of settings but we can't get sending mail to work. Actually, with beta 3, it seems that now iOS can't even get Exchange to verify my password. When we were getting messages to come down to the phone, I could see them, but definitely not reply. If I turn on SSL, which our Exchange setup allows, the phone then gets blank duplicates of every message (most of whom then have send dates in 1969 and cannot be opened).
Mail is what's affected. The Calendar seems to sync just fine.
