Is control center customisable?

I keep checking with each update because at this points it doesn't even seem far fetched that they would allow that low level amount of customization, even if there were only a palate of options that they picked out for users.

How about feature lock after iOS 8, so iOS 9 can be a year's worth of optimizing code including hand coding in assembly to halve memory use, double battery life, and make everything fly! Oh never mind I forgot I'm from a different planet where quality code is a thing lol.

Androids been doing that for years. Before complaining about that, let's wait until we see iOS 8 GM.
