Hello, at first I have searched many forums and watches many tutorials that could help me with this issue but I am still struggling with setting up my 5.1 speakers with external sound card.

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro (USB)
I have opened it in Midi Audio Setup, set external digital audio interface, 6 channels 16 bit. Then I opened configure, pressed multichannel and 5.1 setup. In the window where you can test each of your sixs speakers, everyone works perfectly, the noise come from all of them. Here:

Then I set sound card as default sound and notifications output.

But all the volume pads seems to be locked, however guys on youtube who were setting it had it unlocked. And the problem is, when I open iTunes (for example) I only hear Front Left and Right. Rears, center and sub doesn't work.
Please help me, I will be very thankfull!
