For the past year I've been using A-jays Four flat cable headphones. They sound reasonably good, but the right headphone has stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they are making it very difficult to replace them under warranty as I bought them on a business trip to the UK. (this problem would never happen with an Apple product).

I don't have any confidence that my headphones will be replaced under warranty, so I'm hoping to get some suggestions for headphones. I'd like some with a mic for phone calls, but also headphones with good sound as I do make good use of my music library.

Any recommendations will be appreciated!!

Klipsch S4i II. Great headphones and even better customer service. 2 year warranty. I use the Shure yellow foam tips and the seal and sound is amazing.
