I have another machine running Yosemite DP5 and another iPhone running iOS 8 B5 and it's broken iCloud keychain in Mavericks. Everytime i reboot my mavericks machine it tells me that iCloud Keychain as been reset. i have logged out of all devices and still facing this issue.

Tried Fresh installs still exactly the same..

Apple are clueless and have no idea, Apple ID is both Mac and iOS developer registered.

Anyone else with similar issues?

The Yosemite beta will reset your keychain. I've never seen data lost when the keychain gets reset.
