What is the best cheap battery pack?

I need a new battery pack as my mum keeps stealing mines () but I need it to be cheap, under $20? I want it to be in a square shape not a cylinder; the cylinders look cheap.
Around 3000mah?

Yeah I would, but they've scrapped it a few months ago

I've had pretty good luck with the Jackery Bar. A lot of people seem to use the Anker batteries too.

Battery packs go on sale all the time, try slickdeals, they always end up on the front page and they're usually not that expensive.

You can get fairly good 3000 mAh battery packs, and from reputable companies too, for around $15 (sometimes a few dollars less or more) on Amazon...but most of those are cylinder ones that are basically designed to be like small flashlights (so you sort of get both a flashlight and a small portable battery in a fairly compact form).

I bought the RAVPower Element 10,400mAh battery back in November for $25 and I absolutely love it. I've had no issues with it, and it's charged my iPhone many times before needing to be recharged it's self. My only drawback is it isn't the quickest to charge but that isn't a huge deal. It's 10,400mAh.
