light blue screen flash right before login

Hi guys,

I noticed today that after the apple logo appears when booting up, and right before the login screen appears, I get a quick flash of a light blue screen.

Is this normal?

Ah okay, so this happens across all the MacBooks?

Was worried for a second there, thought something was wrong.
 
Yes it is, so I am new to a lot of this!
