I bought my late 2013 rMBP a couple of months ago and I was getting 7-9 hours but now I'm probably getting about 6 hours. I've tried draining the battery but no go. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

You never need to fully drain your battery, and should avoid doing so if at all possible. There are many factors that impact your battery life. See the BATTERY LIFE FROM A CHARGE section of the following link for details, including tips on how to maximize your battery life.
The link below should answer most, if not all, of your battery/charging questions. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you take the time to read it.

Click the CPU column and sort descending by CPU usage. By the way, you can take a screen capture of just one app window by pressing Command-Shift-4, then press the spacebar and click the window you want to capture.

Nothing appears to be consuming CPU resources at the moment. You can also click on the Energy tab, then sort the "Avg Energy Impact" column to see what apps have been contributing most to battery drain.
