Dark Mode and Menu Text

Has anyone else noticed that the drop down menu text while using dark mode has been whited out when it is selected. This has happened on my installation of Beta 2.
I would think that the builders meant to show the black text when the action is selected with a white background?

I have rebooted and restarted...no help. Weird. The problem does not stop me from using the update, but I would think that the cosmetics are not what I feel Apple would want. I sent a report for this matter.
