Hi,

i have a 2013 rMBP 15" and a Samsung UHDTV 6900serie.

The 2013 rMBP have a Thunderbolt 2 (support 4k@60Hz) and the UHDTV have a HDMI port version 2.0 ( support 4k@60Hz)

The HDMI port on rMBP is 1.4 version : support only 4k@30Hz

Where i found a miniDP-HDMI cable with a support 4k@60Hz ? Or miniDP-HDMI 2.0 adapter with support 4k@60hz ? I have this cable HDMI versione

Thanks

The only way to get 4k 60hz output with the current Apple machines is to run a display port 1.2 w/ MST cable from the thunderbolt 2 port into the displayport on the screen. The cable is on amazon, 14 dollars.

I dont know of any MDP 1.2/MST with HDMI 2.0 on the other end.
