hi everyone. I 've been having this problem syncing my ipad air with itunes using my PC. it seems everything is going smoothly, then I get the pop up saying "apps installed on the iPad could not be determined" have any of you ever had this problem? my itunes is up to date
 
Have you tried restarting your iPad and the computer? I've found that resolves the error you're getting.
