I have had my iMac a week now and i want to copy my iTunes music to a USB stick for use in my Harley and my Escape.
Problem is i can't figure out the best way to do it (2700) songs 176 Cds any help would be great.

iTunes only supports syncing music to iPods, iPhones, etc.

You'd have to find your iTunes library in Finder, and copy tracks manually, assuming they have no DRM.

It'd be easier to just sync to your iPhone, and then stream to Bluetooth wherever, or use 3.5mm aux port.

No DRM i copyed all my CDs to the iMac.

You can do it by drag'n drop, no need to use the Finder.

Insert the USB stick, in iTunes select the files to export, drag them to the stick's icon on the desktop.

Man that's going to be alot of work, i was hoping for a way to tell it to do the whole music folder and then let it do it's thing.
When i tried to copy it all at once it didn't do it.

Here is what I did for my BMW and it worked perfectly (looks like from a Google search Ford works the same). Format the USB key to FAT32 in Disk Util then in Finder go to the folder below (~ is your user folder). Below that Music folder you will see a folder for each artist. Just select the first one then go to the bottom and shift select the last one, then drag the whole thing to the USB key.

When I bring up the USB key in the car is lists everything by artist name from those folders.

Code:
~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Music
