So today I was using Siri to call a friend and noticed that she predicts word before you say them. I said call Isaac. She replied calling Isaac but for a brief moment it said "call isaac villareal". Thoughts comments? Maybe this has already been discussed.

I tried to add the picture, but as a newbie, I don't know how. ]

iPhone 5S , MacBook Pro 13'' 2009, iPad Air 32gb (TMUS), iPad Air 16gb, ATV 3,and every other prior iPhone and iPod.

Yes I do, but I was still surprised... I didn't think she had that ability.

In iOS 8, Siri now tries to live transcribe what you say and in your case to predict what you might want to say. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's not, but better than nothing.

Siri is so lame compared to Google Now and Cortana or whatever the new Windows assistant is called. She was once revolutionary and is now old and outdated!

It's simply because when u say call Siri looks at your phone book

So lame is a bit irrational. Siri is plenty useful. I'd definitely like to see some improvements, but it's far from lame.
