All iPads iPad refurbished warranty transferable?

Sorry if this comes up a lot, but have been searching and can't find it anywhere.

I have a refurbished iPad Air from Apple and am looking to sell it. It's under warranty until May.

Is the warranty transferable to the next owner? I figured they just go by serial?
 
Thank you. I have been sitting here clicking refresh before I post to ebay. I really appreciate it. Figured it's worth an extra $25 to someone. :)
