I go into my general settings and find that there is an all in one provisioner profile expiring in 6 days and have no idea what it is or does

What's the name of it?

Any money says you tried to install one of these GBA4IOS emulators?
 
All in one

I do have a nds4ios installed. What should I do ? I don't care if I lose the emulator
