Weird log files...

Hello,

I was in my user folder and noticed the following files:

oasys.log
ibt_application.log
ibtsa.log
summary.txt


Where are these coming from? Are they necessary? Can I delete them?

Computer information: cMBP Mid-2012, 8GB RAM, OS X 10.9.4 Mavericks
