AT&T - NO pre-order from stores

Well that sucks..... if I pre-order online it has to be delivered and I won't be here. Great

I think you mean .. if you pre-order from att.com, you can not choose the pick it up from an ATT store option but only for it to be delivered ..

where did you get this info if ever this is what you meant ....

Just called the local store and manager said AT&T is not going to take pre-orders in their stores. Since I am not here to sign for pre-orders on 9/19 it is useless to pre-order on line since they only deliver.

Also Apple store said pre-orders being delivered to their stores cannot be done IF you are doing a trade-in to offset the cost.

Wait, let me ask you, can you pre-order from apple and do an in-store pickup on launch day if you arent doing a trade in?
