help me get Handoff and continutiy working

Im on IOS 8 GM and yosemite PB2

My problem is that my carrier Wind mobile is not official with apple so I can't receive imessege via my number it goes through my email

I can't even get continuity working though

my Skype is farhan27899 id gladly give some money to someone who can help
