Someone I know is selling that for $200 all buttons working and in perfect condition they say.Is that a steal you think? I'm thinking about selling mi iPhone 5 with 2 buttons broken with no warranty for around that price also.But should I just stick with my phone or go with it?

Hell yeah that's a steal!
Just make sure to be careful that it's already been fully paid off and won't get locked by the carrier and that iCloud is turned off so there's no activation lock on the phone when you reset it.
