iPhone 5s - caller photo not showing up at all

Hi everyone,

I searched the forum prior to posting this and couldn't find this topic.

I just added a caller photo for a contact to my iPhone 5s. However, when that person calls, there is no photo at all, just their name.

The caller photo was added from my iPhone's saved photos.

This feature is working fine on my dad's iPhone 5. Why isn't it working on my 5s.

The IOS is 7 point something. I haven't upgraded to 8.

Would be grateful for help.
