I have a brand new Iphone 6 running the factory installed software. When I take pictures on the phone, only some of them upload to the cloud. If I take a picture when I am connected to wifi, the pictures upload. If I take a picture when I am not on wifi, they don't upload. Even after my phone has connected to wifi and is plugged in. It is very finicky about which pictures it wants to upload and when. Any ideas as to what is happening here? Is there a way to force a sync of the photos to the cloud?
It is not an issue of the pictures not downloading from the cloud to the other devices. It is definitely an issue with them not uploading from the phone.
