Apps won't download! i6+

Everytime I try to download something from the App Store, the circle just keeps spinning and spinning :/

I'm on 8.0.2 (the same thing happened on 8.0)

I've tried everything guys! (turning it off, resetting it, restoring from backup, setting up as a new iPhone, logging out of iTunes..)

Anyone else with the same problem?

Wifi on or off?

Tried adding the apps through iTunes?

I've tried both on WiFi and LTE and the same thing happens.. I press 'BUY' and the circle starts spinning.

I don't have my computer with me so I can't try adding them through iTunes.

Do you not get an Apple id popup?

Could try a reboot.

No, I don't get the popup, not even for TouchID. I've tried rebooting as well.

Could try clean installing.
