iCloud for windows

Hi can anyone help I upgrade to Icloud for windows on PC I am running ios 7.1 on iPhone 4s and ipad but now none of my photos will synch I am not at all tech savvy so please bear with me I wish I had never upgrade to the new iCloud version now any ideas greatly received :)
