This happened when I first opened up my iPhone 6 on launch day.
I tried connecting to the wifi during the set-up, and it couldn't find the wifi - It just kept searching and searching.

After about 20 minutes, it finally found my wifi, and I was able to connect to it.

It randomly disconnects, and it does the same thing... Takes about 20 minutes to reconnect.

This happened a total of 3 times, in 8 days. Is this normal? Should I bring it into Apple and tell them? How will I prove that it has wifi problems, if the problem happens so randomly?

Go into Privacy, Location Services, System Services and turn off wifi networking. Then go into General, Reset, and select reset network settings. Make sure your router is set to wpa2 not wep.
