can video sound play via blue tooth?

i noticed when using the iPhone 6 plus in my car with a parrot blue tooth that siri and phone calls play through the cars radio speakers

i also noticed that the sound from watching videos doesn't play through the speakers
is there a setting in the phone that will allow the internet videos audio play over the radio speakers also?
