So they still don't appear to have fixed this (surely it must be a bug and not a feature) - flags only work on mail thats in the INBOX - also flags on IOS don't match or work with flags on the same mail on the same iCloud account in OS X - anyone know of a way to make this work - Flags should match and not be restricted to mail that's in the INBOX! Thanks!
