Beta 3 text encoding / Traktor (Native Instruments)

Text encoding seems to have changed with beta 3.

Native Instruments' Traktor no longer accepts files whose names or file paths contain accented characters or characters with umlauts. For instance é is read: eÃÅ, è: eÃÄ, ü: uÃà.

Does anyone here know what has happened?
