How to close Safari tab when popup won't close

Running Mavericks. I got a popup that is pissing me off (http://newsalerts.report-z.com)

All I can do is click OK and it immediately comes back. I cannot close that tab and when I shut Safari down and re-open, its the same.

How can I get rid of this BS?
