iPad US iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi + LTE Order Status Updates

Thought we should have a thread simply for the LTE models shipping to the US. Seems LTE models are shipping (some delivered) in other countries. Also, in the US it seems Wi-Fi only models are shipping.

No one in the US has had any updates regarding their LTE model purchase.

Ordered on the 19th and still just sitting there processing. Said ships in 2 to 4 days.
 
Ordered right when the store came back online. Here is my status. (Case arrived Monday)

I ordered my 128gb Silver LTE model before 10am CST, received my confirmation email at 10:03am CST, with a delivers by date of Oct 23-27.

Mine is processing and delivers by dates have not changed. I was slightly hopeful for a change yesterday to preparing for shipment. Now I'll be happy if I get it by Friday, but I'm losing hope by the minute.

Called Apple just now, since my delivery window still is Oct. 22 - Oct. 24.

She said that Apple is going to be expediting (the shipping) on all orders so that they do arrive on or before the quoted delivery dates.

Ordered when store opened, Processing, like everyone else it appears.

Waited till late Monday night to order my case hoping it would come about the same time. Case will be here in about 1 hour.
 
I got mine threw the educational store. My job ordered it yesterday Oct. 21st.

Ships in 1 - 2 weeks. I can wait. But it does suck. LOL

Seems the educational institution for which you work should push you to the student side of things.

I have 128GB Space Grey LTE ordered via the iphone app when the store went online on 10/17.

My status has always been:

Processing Items
Available to ship: 4-6 business days
Delivers: Oct 24 - Oct 28 by Standard Shipping

This means that the iPad will not be "available to ship" until - at the earliest - tomorrow (Thursday is four business days after Friday). If it ships tomorrow, it might have delivery Friday the 24th (the early side of the estimate). However, if it takes six business days to ship - Monday the 27th, I wouldn't receive it until Tuesday the 28th - assuming next day delivery.

Thus, my card hasn't been charged and I haven't had any change in status, BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY PREDICTED.

No worries here . . .

No change in status for my 128gb Gold. Delivery window Oct 23-27.

Ordered just after pre-orders opened on the 17th . . .

IMHO, there is definitely something up with Cellular Models in the US.

I have several friends who ordered Wifi iPad models in various Sizes (Air 2 and Mini 3), Capacities (16 GB to 128 GB), and Colors (Space Gray, Silver, and Gold), and theirs have all shipped already.

Apple, I am disappoint . . . #
 
Just a FYI. My Gold 128GB WiFi + Cellular just went "Preparing for Shipment" literally minutes ago. I remember checking at 9 AM and it was still processing.
 
My 64GB Gold still says "Preparing to Ship" and the dates it has is 10/27/14 - 10/31/14

Mine just moved to Preparing for Shipment as well...literally just now.
 
5 minutes ago no change from processing.

1 minute ago changed to preparing for shipment.

128 Space Grey LTE shipped to San Francisco Bay Area.
 
I ordered Gold, 128 G, Wifi + Cell literally, as store came back online on Friday. Only changed to "Preparing for shipment" in last 5 mins. Pleased I checked here before calling Apple.....again. Estimate was for Oct22-24 delivery.
