Canada: 2-factor SMS text problem?

Anyone in Canada turn on 2-factor iCloud/Apple ID verification recently? Anyone have troubles getting the texts? It worked 2 days ago just stopped working today.

I suspect they may be blocking the SMS Short Code 504-72, or whatever the Apple stuff comes from.
