Deleted Picture Help

I saved an image from the internet onto my phone a week or so back that i was supposed to be using to fix a record player. I havent backed up my phone and i have completely deleted the picture from my phone and the deleted folder. The host of the image has closed the site so i cant get the picture off the net again. Is there anyway i can get this back from my phone. Would it be saved on the hard drive of the phone?
