iPad Notes won't sync on my iPad Air now

this has been happening just recently, my notes won't sync at all with my macbook pro. i am using ios 8 and osx 10.10.

i already removed the icould option in the ipad and then deleted the notes and then reenabled the icloud sync but the notes from my macbook pro still wont show up on my ipad. is there a way to fix this?
